contact info will be taken from caller and a technician will respond during business hours.
• Remote Helpdesk allows your Eagle Technology Technician to remotely view your computer screen and
work with you to resolve your computer problems, including all Microsoft Application Support.
•Microsoft Application Support Eagle Technology team will oversee all Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure that these applications are updated and running event free.
•Emergency After Hours Support Eagle Technology will respond to computer problems after your normal business hours and on weekends (Monday – Friday 5:00 pm – 8:00 am, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours).
Emergency support is available via phone, remote or onsite to ensure that you remains productive 24/7.
This service will be billed at an hourly rate, $50/h.
•On-Site Support Eagle Technology will arrange for a technician to resolve your computer or server problem on-site or at a meeting location. This service billed at an hourly rate, $50/h.
